Elijah faced many perils and opposition from an angry king, a drought and 450 false prophets of Baal. In order for Elijah to make it through opposition he had to first learn to trust God in the Cherith valley. A place where he was cutoff from everyone and everything and had to trust God to provide for him in a time of drought. A place where he learned obedience and what faith truly means. For many of us to forgive someone is the hardest thing we can do because that person does not "deserve our forgiveness" we justify to ourselves. However Jesus was very clear when told us, "forgive if you have anything against anyone so that your Father in heaven will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive you of your transgressions" (Mark 11:25-26). In this teaching Pastor Shane will teach each of us some simple steps to forgive those who have hurt you, so that you too will be forgiven.

Your success or failure in life is directly related to your decision making. Good decisions will advance you in life. No decision will keep you right where you are at. Bad decisions will cause you to lose ground. Proverbs 19:3 (message), "people ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed"? Storms

We all experience storms in our life both natural and spiritual and there not if but when. The bible teaches us that there are three types of spiritual storms that touch our lives. Storms we cause ourselves, storms other cause, and the storms of life. Hawaii is a place/desitination that most everyone wants to try to get to "someday" but in order to get there you need to make plans, save money, etc. The same goes for other destinations in our life, a new job, a new house.
